These options are designed for self-motivated students with good reading and comprehension skills who have some firearms and hunting knowledge or experience. They are not recommended for students under 14 years of age. We suggest they participate in a traditional classroom course where they will receive instruction from certified instructors.
Students must be at least 10 years old to be tested and certified in the Independent Study Courses.
Independent Study Course options require the completion of a 6-7 hour ISC specific field day.
