Idaho Fish and Game

Contract Terms

For Special Wildlife Tags

Successful applicants will be required to sign a standard contract to perform the marketing and sale of the special tag awarded. Fish and Game will have the ability to change terms upon request of the applicant. All such changes must be requested within 10 business days of the initial notice of award, and Idaho Fish and Game must consider and present a final contract within 10 business days of such notification. If any of the apparently successful applicants refuse to sign the final contract within 10 business days of delivery, Fish and Game may cancel the contract. This process is designed to be straightforward with no more than a 30-day turnaround between the awarding of a special tag and the receipt of a contract signed by the recipient.

Authority to Bind Idaho Fish and Game

The Idaho Fish and Game director and/or designated representatives are the only people who may legally commit Fish and Game to service contracts. The organization shall not incur, and Fish and Game shall not pay, any costs incurred before a contract is fully executed.

Right to Reject All Offers

Idaho Fish and Game may, at any time at its sole discretion and without penalty, reject any and all offers and issue no contract as a result of this policy and application received.

Public Disclosure

Responses and services offers shall become the property of Idaho Fish and Game. All public records of the Idaho Fish and Game are available for disclosure, except those records exempted under the Idaho Public Records Law (Idaho Code Sections 9-337 through 9-350).

Waiver of Minor Irregularities

Idaho Fish and Game reserves the right to waive minor irregularities contained in this policy.
